He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Asher and Sophia Collett Asher; his wife Charlene Brock Asher; and his son Robert Asher. He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Williamson; his grandson Asher James Williamson of Bryson City, NC; his daughter-in-law Kim Asher of Baxter; and his sister-in-law Betty Jean Wilson of Cumberland Gap, TN.
