He is survived by: his grandchildren, Sarah Osborne (Floyd, Jr.) of Hyden, KY and Justin Nance of Leitchfield, KY; his sister Joanne Parish Koch of Santa Rosa, CA; his great grandchildren, Austin Osborne (Chelsey) of Bardstown, KY, Tyler Osborne (Rileigh Stidham) of Hyden, KY and Aidan Chase Nance of Hyden, KY; his great great grandchild Natalee Paige Osborne; his granddaughters, Bethany Paige Snyder and Megan Elizabeth Cook; and his pet Sabel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
