She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard Adams; her parents, Johnnie Mullins and Armilda Couch Mullins; and her son Edward. She is survived by: her children, Jacqualine Frazier (Norman), Lewis Dean Adams (Margo), Jeremy Adams (Glenna), Jessica Dawn Perkins (Lyric), Jonathan Forrester Adams, Linda Lanae Chapplin (Joseph) and Autumn Bree Adams; and her brother Edward Mullins (Imojean) of Gordon, KY.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

The family asks that everyone please wear a mask for the visitation and funeral.
