She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Whitehead and Virgie Thompson Whitehead; her son Kenneth Earl Caldwell; her sisters, Betty Whitehead Elrod and Janice Whitehead Whalen; her grandparents, Dewey, Sarah Jane Belcher Thompson, Taylor Sr. "Big Daddy" and Katherine "Mamie" Caldwell Whitehead; and her close friend Thomas Ray "Huck" Branham.
She is survived by: her children, James Edward "Jamie" Caldwell, Jr. and Alyshia Nicole Hope Caldwell; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Louise Caldwell, April Branham (Cameron Everett), Zendaya Fanney, Matthew Thomas Branham (Casey Washburn), Richard Keith Branham (Hilary Hobbs), Daniel Miller (Katelynn Miller), Jaden Fanney, Christian Fanney and Keshawn Fanney; her great grandchildren, Leigha LaCombe, Raylen Branham, Riley Branham, Heaven Shea Branham, Rachael Miller, Annabelle Miller, Ayden LaCombe, Brian LaCombe, Raiden Everett, Tyler Settles, Levi Miller and Gabriel Miller; her siblings, Bernice Whitehead Harris, Wilma Whitehead Ogan, Fred Whitehead, Taylor Whitehead and Ronnie Elmer Whitehead; her daughter-in-law Kathy Carroll Caldwell; her friend Janice Taylor; and her close friends, Maryann Partin Miller and George Miller. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
