He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lyle Ducklow, Howard and Joan O'Brien. He is survived by: his parents, Daniel O'Brien and Ann O'Brien (Ducklow); his siblings, Bridget O'Brien and Quinn O'Brien (Heather); his grandmother Melitta Ducklow; and his close friend Nancy Roster. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
