She is survived by: her sons, Roy Sloas (Angela) of Blaine, Keith Lewis (Tosha) of Salyersville and Brian Lewis (Holli) of Tennessee; her sisters, Ella Smith of Sandy Hook and Wilma Smith of Sandy Hook; and her grandchildren, Elisha Sloas, Hunter Lewis, Dalton Tackett, Selina Perkins, Anthony Tackett, Angelina Perkins, Josh Lewis, Brittany Lewis and Kallie Lewis.
