It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lola Bartley (Blaine, Kentucky), who passed away on March 10, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Carter and Rosie Mullins Carter; and her siblings, Jean Osborne and Charles "Chuckie" Carter. She is survived by: her husband Danny Bartley of Blaine, KY; her sons, Robert Bartley (Cyndi) of Laurinburg, NC and Larry Bartley (Nellie) of Blaine, KY; her grandchildren, Jordan Moore, Ellijah Bartley, Abigail Bartley, Alyssa Bartley, Sara Bartley, Kamra Howell and Paige Brown; and her siblings, Buster Carter of Blaine, KY, Ernie Carter (Nell) of Prestonsburg, KY, Elster Carter of South Gate, MI, Virgie Osborne of Taylor, MI, Bruce Carter (Verladene) of Inez, KY and Willie Carter, Jr. (Denisa) of Dorton, KY.. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
