Lee is survived by: parents, Sue Kostick (David) and Lee Columbus; siblings, Nathaniel Kostick (Emily), Stephanie Gangl (Kyle), Brandon Columbus and Luke Denny (Betsy); and grandparents, Darlene Schultz and Donald Kostick. Lee is also survived by other family members & friends.
