He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Atwood and Elnora Fay Atwood (Morgan). He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Denise Wellman Halfhill; his children, Joseph A. Halfhill, III (Zoe Phillips), Kennedy Wiley-Halfhill (Jacob Iman), Emma Sue Halfhill (Isaiah Kitchen), Dylan Curtis Sizemore (Mikka) and Kolten Dean; his grandchildren, Mason Alexander Iman, Malakai Ireland Halfhill and Augus Sizemore; his siblings, Marcella Halfhill, Zella Stambaugh (Chuck) and Gail Webster (David); and his close friends, Steve Little and John Thompson.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Smokey Valley Enterprise Baptist Church (2524 KY-32, Louisa, KY 41230).
