Halfhill, III (Zoe Phillips), Kennedy Wiley-Halfhill (Jacob Iman), Emma Sue Halfhill (Isaiah Kitchen), Dylan Curtis Sizemore (Mikka) and Kolten Dean; his grandchildren, Mason Alexander Iman, Malakai Ireland Halfhill and Augus Sizemore; his siblings, Marcella Halfhill, Zella Stambaugh (Chuck) and Gail Webster (David); and his close friends, Steve Little and John Thompson.
In lieu of flowers the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Hope House in Cleveland, OH.
