She is survived by: her brothers, Jim and Ed Carter; her children, Deborah Sue Gartin, Larry and Steve Gartin; her granddaughter Tessa Gartin; her brother Mick Carter (Mary); her son Tim Gartin; and her grandchildren, Donna Sue DeLawder, Amie Keenan (Mike), Lynda Perry, Angie Gartin, Steve Gartin (Lisa), Tyler Gartin, Tim DeLawder and Matt DeLawder.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Castle Cemetery.
