He was predeceased by: his father Darwin Blackburn (Bo); and his grandparents, Herman, Virdie Blackburn, Ray and Elzie Starr.
He is survived by: his wife Sheri Blackburn; his son Travis Blackburn of Blaine; his mother Anna Rae Starr Blackburn of Blaine; his sister Lisa Wheeler (Jamie) of Blaine; his father-in-law Willis Newsome (Eva) of Charley, KY; and his sister-in-law Theresa Walker (Eddie) of Elkhorn City, KY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
