It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henrietta Lewis of Blackford, Kentucky, who passed away on November 26, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Henrietta Lewis to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Farley and Sidney Farley; her husband Leonard Lewis; her son Kevin; and her grandsons, Wade Lewis and Greg Puckett.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Puckett (Kenny) of Clay, Sue Puckett (Bill) of Clay and Tim Lewis (Beth) of Blackford; and her grandchildren, Larry Puckett (Desi), Kristie Villines (Darren), Michelle Donaldson (Mike), Tammy Hunter, Missy Leichty (Adam) and Brandi Burnett (Kevin). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
