She was predeceased by: her husband Oakley Fugate; her son Gary "Dukie" Fugate; her son-in-law Jon Henrikson; and her daughters, Jeanette and Diana Lynn.

She is survived by: her children, Yvonne (Danny), Wanda (Sam), Loretta, Kay (Jeff), Allen "Doc" (Sherry) and Robert Fugate; her sister Mona Voignier; her daughter-in-law Debbie Fugate; and her caregivers, Susan Jent and Denise Combs. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
