She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Packard and Lois Kell Packard; her husband Donnie Hall; her sons, Michael Smith (Tulissa) of Morehead and Keith Smith (Laura) of Letcher; her stepsons, Donnie Grayson Hall of Middlesboro and Matthew Scott Hall of Middlesboro; her siblings, Ronald Packard of Mentor, Bruce Packard of Huntington, Brian Packard of Radcliff and Ellen Combs of Carcassonne; her grandchildren, Mikale Ann, Josiah, Pauline, Thomas, Isabella, Jacob and Cody; and her great grandchild Hudson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Little Bull Creek Old Regular Baptist Church (3005 Highway 3408, Blackey, KY 41804). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
