He is survived by: his son Justin Cornett (Jacqueline); his siblings, Kenneth Cornett, Martin D. Cornett, Timmy Allen Callahan and Lynette Cornett; his sister-in-law Donna Blair; and his grandchildren, Gracee Lynn Cornett, Kylee Brooke Cornett and Clayton Conlee Cornett.
