He is survived by: his spouse Wanda Mills; his son John Wayne Mills of Bimble; his brothers, Darryl Messer (Candy) of Walker and Joe Messer of Barbourville; his grandchildren, Mikey Mills (Ashley), Summer Mills, Jeremy Messer (Amanda) and Jaxten Mills; and his great grandchild Emily Mills.
