She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charlie Burnett and Mary Burnett (Pittman); her husband James Ernest Powell of Bimble; her children, Gary Powell (Teresa) of Bimble, Roger Powell of Bimble and Terrisa Sutherland (Sam) of Bimble; her niece Lisa Partin (Denver); and her son Teryl Ramsey of Corbin.
All services are required to be PRIVATE. Please note, during the ongoing pandemic, there will be capacity restrictions of twenty-five (25) people total, regardless of where the services are held.
