She is survived by: her husband Phillip Joe Turner of Big Spring, KY; her sons, Phillip Joe Turner, II (Danica) of Irvington, KY and Mason Turner (Sharon) of Florida; her grandchildren, Courtney, Valarie, BreAnna, Addison, Kaylee and Andrew; and her siblings, Phyllis Jones, Gayle Black, Delphia Burnett and Henry Mynhier. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
