He is survived by: his wife Brenda Smith Napier of Big Creek, KY.; his children, Melissa Napier of Manchester, KY. and Matthew Wayne Thomas Napier of Big Creek, KY.; his stepdaughter Kristen Caldwell of Big Creek, KY.; his siblings, Mike Napier (Jeanie), Robert Napier (Rosemary), June Lipps of Essie, KY., Shirley Colgrove (Larry), Mary Lou Ogg (Bob), JoAnn Roberts (Eddie), Helen Napier and Linda Caldwell (Corbett); his granddaughter Emma Caldwell; and his nephew Gary McClure of Highlands, N. C. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends.
