He is survived by: his brother-in-law Charles Parks of Bethel, OH; his caregiver Carolyn Wagers of Big Creek; and his nieces and nephews, Randall Parks (Melanie), Vicky Hicks, Pam Patrick, Gary Smith (Cora), Larry Smith (Susan) and Theresa Goodman.
