He was predeceased by: his father Lester Caldwell; his sister Crystal Caldwell; and his brother-in-law Leo Barrett. He is survived by: his wife Cassandra Caldwell; his daughters, Tanya Pizarro (Greg), Jessica Caldwell and Emily Caldwell; his mother Bonnie Caldwell; and his siblings, Curtis Caldwell (Becky), Rebecca Cornett (Beau), Clifford Caldwell (Maudie) and Keith Caldwell (Julie). He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
