He was predeceased by: his parents, Callaway Oliver Sr. and Nancy Carol Couch Oliver; and his son Jason Keith Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Glenna Williams Oliver; his daughter Barbara Foster of Big Creek, KY; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Foster, Alexander Foster and Naomi Foster; and his uncle James Irvin Couch.
