She is survived by: her children, Richard Milliner and Jennie Nelson (Gary); her grandchildren, Jessica Bell, Tyler Nelson, Miranda Cousins, Danielle Milliner and Colton Milliner; and her brother DeWayne Fouch. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
