He is survived by: his wife Robin Mumford; his parents, James Mullikin and Angela Mumford of Big Clifty; his children, Damon and Jordan Mumford; his siblings, Charles Mullikin (Melissa), Elizabeth Schoenhoff (Brian Ogle) and Anthony Schoenhoff; his grandparents, Dennis Sr., Carol Mumford of Hardinsburg, KY and Mary Fields of Louisville; his uncle Dennis Mumford Jr.; and his aunt Carol Mumford of Meade County. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
