He is survived by: his wife Margie Rainey Duvall of Summit, KY; his children, Michael Duvall of Elizabethtown and Marcy DuPlessis (Jim) of Elizabethtown; his siblings, David Duvall (Patty) of Elizabethtown, Rosemary Belcher (Bruce) of Leitchfield and Julia Hicks (Jamie) of Leitchfield; his grandchildren, Jay DuPlessis (LeighAnne), Kate DuPlessis, Tori DuPlessis, Destiny Giffin and Ray Duvall; and his great grandchild Jade DuPlessis.
