He was predeceased by: his parents, George Burkhead and Mary Rena Burkhead (Harris); and his wife Dolores Ann Burkhead. He is survived by: his children, Phyllis Burkhead, Theresa Miller (Jeremy), David Lee Burkhead (Martina) and Jeffrey Burkhead (Monica); and his sister Bernice McCombs. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 7 Great-grandchildren.
