She is survived by: her children, Sherman Dennis (Lavonna Horn) of Leitchfield, Travis Dennis (Amber Reynolds) of Munfordville and Cynthia Henderson (Johnnie) of Big Clifty; her siblings, Sharon Dennis of Leitchfield, Harrison Blan (Ruby) of Big Clifty and Floyd Blan (Gladys) of Cecilia; and her grandchildren, Andrew Henderson, Zac Henderson, Dealan Horn, Brandon Horn and Makayla Horn. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
