With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucy Lindsey Lucas of Big Clifty, Kentucky, born in Grayson, Kentucky, who passed away on October 13, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Lindsey and Mary Ethel Hill Lindsey; her siblings, Eugene Lindsey, James Dennis Dooley (Jim) and Mary Helen Wilson; her nephews, Eric and Jamie Lindsey; her grandparents, Tolbert, Geneva Lindsey, Owen and Clara Hill; and her aunt Gladys Lindsey.
She is survived by: her husband Arnold Wayne Lucas; her daughter Lauren Alea Lucas (Taylor Averdick); her sisters, Dr. Julianna Lindsey (Mark Prince) and Tracy Dawn Lindsey; and her sisters-in-law, Tona Lindsey, Lisa Dooley, Louise Lewis (Henry), Dorothy Durrance and Pauline Haire. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friends.
