He was predeceased by: his parents, Arby Johnson and Alice Faye Webler Johnson; and his wife Cindy Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Elaine of Virginia and Trevor Johnson of Virginia; his siblings, Dr. Craig Johnson of Falls, Jeff Johnson of Texas, Ken Johnson of North Carolina and Elizabeth Sison of Mayfield, KY.; and the mother of his children Stephanie Johnson.
