He is survived by: his wife Vanda Darnell Akridge; his children, Brian and Amanda; his stepdaughter Nicole Ethier; his parents, James and Charlene; his brother Bruce; his sister-in-law Tammy; his brother John; his sister-in-law Valerie; his brother Michael; his sister-in-law Ann; his brother Keith; his sister-in-law Peggy; his brother David; his sister-in-law Kimberly; and his grandchildren, Travis, Reese, Ashley, Clay, Matthew, Chelsea, Tamara, Caleb and Samantha. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
