She was predeceased by: her parents, David Teeter and Katherine Courtney Teeter; and her husband William "Pete" Hampton. She is survived by: her pet Tipsy; her children, Paula Hicks (John) of Leitchfield, KY and William "Billy" Hampton III of Big Clifty; her grandchildren, John Allen, Gabby, Willie, Kendra, Savannah and Chance; and her sister Mary Stone of Lexington. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
