He is survived by: his parents, Justin Hawkins and Glenda Jacobs Hawkins of Big Clifty; his sister Terri Herron of Bowling Green, KY; his niece Cassidy Heron of Bowling Green; his grandfathers, Manford "Shorty" Jacobs and William "Papaw Joe" Dennis; and his pet Baby Girl. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
