He was predeceased by: his son William Smith; and his sisters, Mae Gulley and Ann Marie Martin. He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith of Big Clifty; his children, Glen Smith Jr. (Renee) of Leitchfield, Timothy Smith and Cindy Smith Howard (Tracey Embry) of Caneyville; his grandchildren, Jarrod Smith (Britany), Josh Smith (Katie), Chris Howard, Corey Howard (Brooke), Lily Geary and Jacob Smith; his father Steve Hohman; and also Cova Minton Smith. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
