With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil Thomas Hay of Big Clifty, Kentucky, who passed away on March 13, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Hay and Thelma Aubrey Hay; his daughter Marcella Hay; and his sister Dorothy Quiggins. He is survived by: his children, Gerald Hay of East View, KY, Marshall Hay (Pam) of Big Clifty, KY, Shirley Stillwell (Skeeter) of Eastview, KY and Karen Curtsinger (Eugene) of Bardstown, KY; and his sisters, Lela McGuffin, Pauline Tomes (Harold), Betty Howard, Fay McCarty (Paul) and Barbara Skaggs. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that every visitor wear a mask or face cover and practice social distancing.
