She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Richard Mumford, Sr.; her parents, Woody Hale and Rosa Hale; and her grandson Richard Neal Mumford. She is survived by: her children, Angela Mullikin of Big Clifty, Dennis Mumford, Jr. (Hanh) of Louisville and Carol Blizzard of Meade County; and her grandchildren, Charles Mullikin (Melissa), Elizabeth Schoenhoff (Brian), Anthony Schienhoff (Kisha), Jessica Mumford, Katie Boone and Haley Mumford. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild; along with additional family members and friends.
