We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2018, at the age of 83, Thomas A. O'Malley (Beverly, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his child Sharon. He is survived by: his spouse Sharlene; and his children, Patricia Rzeczkowski (Al), Karen Berchman (Michael), Janice O'Brien (Tom) and Edward (Barbara). He is also survived by his three sisters and four brothers.
