He was predeceased by: his parents, R. J. Hall and Dollie Tuttle Hall; his daughter Cherie Hall Tracy; and his brothers, Lowell, Billy, David, Wayne and Norman Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Sue Hall; his daughters, Belinda Lunsford (James), Donna Martin (Mike), Elizabeth Harbolt (Marty) and Dolly Poersch (Peter); his son-in-law Russ Tracy; his sister Patricia Martin (Jim); his sister-in-law Mary Hall; and his grandchildren, Athena Richey (Donnie), Michael Lunsford, Alisha Rose (Chris), Barry Martin (Michelle), Nick Martin, Megan Windhorst (Logan), Brennan Coulston (Meghan), Maggie Edwards (Bryan), Alexander Harbolt, Alexandra Poersch, Julia Poersch and John Poersch. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home (328 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
