She is survived by: her son Roger Osborn (Debbie) of Stanville, KY; her grandchildren, Patrick Osborne (Tasha) of Inez, KY., Brandon Osborn (Hannah) of Pikeville, KY. and Brittany Potter (Kevin) of Pikeville, KY.; and her great grandchildren, Logan Potter, Jackson Potter, Ellie Osborne and Finn Osborne.
