With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby Jean Lawson of Betsy Layne, Kentucky, who passed away on April 28, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Jay Thompson; her spouse Farris Lawson; and her sister Mary Lou Lawson. She is survived by: her sons, Roger Lawson (Melissa) of Betsy Layne, David Lawson (Judy) of Printer and Farris Lawson Jr. (Sarah) of Betsy Layne, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Chris Lawson, Mitchell Lawson, Megan Lawson, Harley Lawson, Jesse Lawson, Amanda Lawson Maynard, Michael Lawson, Kyra Leblanc, Michelle Stepp and Very; her nephew Perry Thompson; and her close friend Fannie Lawson. She is also survived by Great Grandchildren.
