It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Allen Hill of Betsy Layne, Kentucky, born in Grayson, Kentucky, who passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Adam Hill; and his sister Lynette Thomas. He is survived by: his parents, Roy Hill and Maudie Coleman Hill; his wife Carolyn Ann Bowling Hill; his children, Brandon Hill (Kayla) of Tram, Dalton Adams of Paintsville, James Adams of Allen, Kentucky and Jessica Hill of Ivel, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Dylan, Nathaniel, Averie, Connor, Amery and River; and his sisters, Joetta Evans of LaFollette and Cheryl Nelson of LaFollette. He is also survived by his parents and first wife.
