It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ison of Betsy Layne, Kentucky, who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Lykins and Mary Katherine Lykins; and her husband Jack Ison.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Compassionate Care Center.
