She is survived by: her children, David Smiley (Shelia) of Pikeville, Kentucky, Eilene Adkins (Chester) of Biloxi, Carolyn Sue Wilson of Van Lear and Stacey Slone (Jerry) of Pikeville, Kentucky; her siblings, Jackie Miller of Versailles, Bobby Miller of Litt Carr and Julia Mullins of Independence, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Carla Firth, Jason Adkins, Stephanie Harris, Tracey Smiley, Johnna Maynard, Chris Smiley and Dalton Smiley. She is also survived by 17 Great Grandchildren.
