He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Keathley and Martha Allen Keathley; and his siblings, Jimmy Joe Keathley, Palmer Keathley, Rosie Adkins and Yvette Trimble.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Renee Ross Keathley; his daughter Angela Dawn Watson (Dennis) of Betsy Layne, KY; his siblings, Larry Keathley (Darlene) of Ivel, KY, Gerry Hone (John) of Valnermoso Springs, AL, Phyllis Layne of Warsaw, IN, Glenna Kruse of Warsaw, IN and Daisy Allen Keathley of Eastern, KY; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Paige Watson and Gunner Ford Watson.
