Casey Stephen was predeceased by: nephew Ethan Watson. Casey Stephen is survived by: children, Aubree Savannah Brown of Betsy Layne and Keaton Lykens Brown of Betsy Layne; the mother of children Brandi Leann Lykens-Brown of Betsy Layne; sister Andrea Joyce "AJ" Watson; and also Langley Watson. Casey Stephen is also survived by his children and was a beloved dad, husband, son, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend.
The family is requesting that in lieu of flowers donations be made directly to the funeral home to help cover funeral expenses, either phoned in, in person, or mailed.
