She was predeceased by: her parents, Burt Stratton and Velva Lowe Stratton; her husband Roy Hall; and her sister Joyce Stratton Collins. She is survived by: her daughters, Shelia Keathley (Gary) of Betsy Layne and Susan Ross Gilliam of Betsy Layne, Kentucky; her siblings, Stanley Stratton (Phyllis) of Betsy Layne, Kentucky and Maxine Stratton of Michigan; her grandchildren, Angie Watson (Dennis), Michal Brooke Gilliam and Jordan Gilliam (Kiara); and her great grandchildren, MacKenzie, Gunner and Elliott Grace.
