With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Robert Lee Yount of Bethlehem, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben William and Lillian Corinne Yount (Kelly); his siblings, Martha Clements, Mary Yount and Sidney Yount; his son-in-law Audie Mashburn; and his grandson-in-law Joseph White.
He is survived by: his wife Katie Sue Brumagen Yount; his children, Theressa Lynn Clements (George) of Henry County, KY, Robbin Lee Mashburn (Rodney) of Henry County, KY and William Russell Yount (Bonnie) of Waterloo, WI; his brother Leonard Yount of Pleasureville; and his grandchildren, Jacklyn White and Anthony Mashburn. He is also survived by three great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sholar-Riley Funeral Home (5710 Castle Hwy, Pleasureville, KY 40057). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at the Point Pleasant Cemetery.
