He was predeceased by: his parents, R. C. Kelley and Sylvia Hardin Kelley; his son Lynn Alan R. C. Kelley; and his nephew Maurice Horner. He is survived by: his wife Sue Kelley (Hance); his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law Robert Booth of Bethlehem, KY; his granddaughters, Carrie Lynn Booth and Kelli Sue Booth; and his sister Marlene Horner of Carrollton, KY.
