She was predeceased by: her parents, Isham Thomas Stone and Rebecca Elizabeth Blackaby Stone; and her husband William Garnet Smith. She is survived by: her children, Bill Smith (Stephanie) and Becky Ethington (Eddie) of Bethlehem; her sister Adelyn Clements of Pleasureville; her grandchildren, Billy John Smith (Ashley) of Shelbyville, Cole Smith (April) of Louisville and Heidi Janes (Adam) of Finchville; and her great grandchildren, Harrison Smith, Ellie Smith and Logan Smith.
