She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Blackaby and Drussilla Chisholm Blackaby; her husband Bobby Ray Yeary; and her siblings, Lena Frances Hawkins, Emma Lee Suter, Alma Elizabeth Smoot, Richard Allen Blackaby, Johnny Oldham Blackaby and Billy Morrison Blackaby.
She is survived by: her children, Melinda Thomas (Tracy) of Bardstown, KY, Loretta Quire of Eminence, KY, Serena Brown of New Castle, KY, Susan Marlette (David) of Bethlehem, KY and Edward Allen Yeary (Jeanetta) of Frankfort, KY. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Sholar-Riley Funeral Home (5710 Castle Hwy, Pleasureville, KY 40057). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at the Yeary Family Cemetery (5602 Woods Pike Rd, Pleasureville, KY 40057).
