Kelley (Tony) of Bethlehem, KY and Matthew Jackson (Pam) of Bethlehem, KY; his siblings, Maretta Beach (Bill) of Shelbyville, KY, Loretta Woods (Jimmy) of Eminence, KY, Violet Knoop (David) of Elizabethtown, KY, Paul Lyons (Betty) of Shelbyville, KY, William Lyons (Joyce) of Bethlehem, KY and Dwight Lyons of Pleasureville, KY; his grandchildren, Kacie Barnett, T. J. Kelley, Scott Barnett, Kayla Raisor, Haylee Cunningham and Elizabeth Jackson; and his great grandchildren, Branden Moore, Tyeler Mitchell, Emmy Kelley, Matthew Cunningham and Jack Raisor.
